Repeat prescriptions

If you’d like Avenue Road Veterinary Surgeons to get a prescription fulfilled just complete the form below and we’ll get the product ready for you to pick up or pop it in the post to you.

We ask for 48-hours’ notice for all online prescriptions in order for us to make sure your medicine is in stock and ready. Anything needed sooner must be called in and any orders after 5pm Friday will not be available to collect until the following Tuesday.
